kentucky welcome
it is when one partner takes a bottle of whiskey and pores it into the other partners -n-s. when the -n-s is full the partner who poured the whiskey into said -n-s drinks the the whiskey out of the -n-s. the whiskey preferred is whiskey made in kentucky for the sake of the name.
