a gym which is generally visited by groups of guys who enjoy ripping each other. girls are also know to visit the gyms and bounce around aimlessly on the exercise b-lls. the group which attend kinetika are commonly referred to as a ‘kinetika crew’. their aim in life is ‘to get hench’.
