synonym of “n-gg-” or something you would call a friend/homeboy/homegirl. derived from “kinfolk”, as in, kin-feezy. it’s another example of how to add “-eezy” or “-izzle” to a commonly used word. like how “fo sheezy” or “fo shizzle” mean “for sure”.
