a kligger is someone who comes off as r-t-rded for a number of years, then magically returns to normalcy when everyone least expects it. a wolf in tards clothing.
many kliggers will act and eat like a r-t-rd. but once their opportunity arises, they will strike out using their brain power and subdue the average joe.
