to kloun. the result of partying excessively with copious amounts of alcohol, possibly mixed with excessive amounts of adderall followed by many dabs/bong rips. in certain instances, significant quant-ties of sugary candy, pastries, burritos and/or pizza will be consumed once the klouning has commenced. when one goes so hard he is unable to dekloun at any rate that would be acceptable by societal standards.
