used mainly in the uk with several regional varioations possible. (1) a post-coital reddening of the face and neck. a blush suggesting a recent knee-trembler or severe embarr-ssment. (2) in card games: 5 entirely unrelated cards. (3) ‘the knoydart flush’ were a east scottish folk rock act, featuring members from siege engine and tayport conversion.
“ain’t he got a right knoydart flush?” could be used in a west country accent to suggest the embarr-ssment or recent s-xual activity.
