an exclusive internet forum that splintered from the sbs world game forum, due to what a disaffected few perceived as a deteriorating medium for football discourse. membership is through invitation only. korb status is also seen as a privilege and forumites may be blackballed or banned.
the korb has been criticized by remaining twg forumites for being somewhat elitist. it is however, generally agreed by both parties that the forum did take a turn for the worse after the football world cup in 2006, when an influx of jcls started tedius threads about a-league crowds and inflammatory posts directed at n00bie italians regarding the now infamous “grosso dive”.
the current active status of the forum is unknown, pending an invite to this author, however it is widely believed that korb members browse the twg forum under different pseudonyms.

korb, which stands for knights of the round ball is an internet forum created by “pc”, member of another forum known as twgf and he invited all the so called “intelligent” posters from twgf. it is known that these members were p-ssed off at the administrator of twgf because she wouldn’t let them talk about topics related to politics, terrorism, p-rnography, racism and other illegal contents. korb is now home to the “best” posters of twgf and is invite-only forum.
apparently, other members of twgf took the reaction of some korbites as stupid and childish and weeks later it became a korb vs twgf rivalry. both parties now hate each other and fights develop quite often. twgf usually wins the fight.
due to the secrecy of the korb, it is unclear whether it is simply a forum for discussion or a black market of guns, drugs, child p-rnography etc pretending to be a clean forum.
believe me, a group of intelligent people in a secret place is like having a bunch of criminals together in jail.
that’s the korb for ya.
