krillbilly
a krillbilly is a fisherman who is at the lowest level economically, socially, and ethically. he will kill any species of fish, be proud of it, and eat it. he is also a thief and opportunist, with little or no education. he has trouble communicating at all levels. consider him untrustworthy and dangerous.

i.e. i can’t believe that krillbilly just ate our bait and stole my wallet!
