an individual in a group of people that laughs along at a joke, phrase, or jesture when either a. this person does not know or is affiliated with anyone in the group b. the aferomentioned person does not get the joke or c. this particular person is walking buy and hears the pre-chuckle before a joke or phrase and, as the definition states, laughs along.
