the, usally well-kept and gr-ssy, are outside public schools, libaries, supermarkets and take-away joints unwillingly populated by dead-beat, thick-as-sh-t students kicking cans and smoking during weekends. occurs mostly in dull, sp-rs-ly populated towns with no cinemas.
