a former colony of spain, now a moderately self-governing island territory of the united states located just east of the dominican republic. puerto rico is very used to having everything handed to them including free energy in san juan, the capitol. now that maria has devastated the island, they continue to ask beg and do anything but help themselves. the country gifted free energy to multiple areas of puerto rico and they are wondering why the power company is negative nine billion dollars. jamaica, st martin, florida, harvey, all had catastrophic incidents yet they are flourishing. typical lazy ricans.
