acronym that stands for “low br-ss 4 lyf”. highly popularized in the lb4l movement that spanned from august of 2009 through present day and is still going strong. lb4l includes trombones and baritones and occasionally tubas. lb4l is utilized in hydraulics as well as in everyday, casual lyf. lb4l is accompanied by a gesture that includes a chest leveled hand raise and a clenched fist. while one performs this movement they confidently utter the acronym, “lb4l.”
