a lieutenant danchez is the act of giving a traditional dirty sanchez. however, the giver delivers it to the receiver via the reciever’s prosthetic arm.
man, i went hoggin’ with marsha last night after the show. she woke me up this morning and said she smelled sh-t. but she didn’t know i gave her a lieutenant danchez in her sleep. i chuckled to myself and thought, “it wasn’t done by my hands!!!”
it is the same as a traditional dirty sanchez, but the giver of the lieutenant danchez uses the reciever’s prosthetic arm and hand to wipe the reciever’s upper lip.
