this is commonly used in irish schools. this refers to people who talk too much on topics that the speaker has little to no knowledge on. this can also be used when someone has bad breath or fuccbois. this is not to be confused with big lips. used by dropouts and skangers.
speaker ”i think that it is necessary to increase the work rate in this establishment”
some skeng ting ”shur up ye, yer lips are smellin hahaha”
another skeng ting ”hahahaha you have smellin lips hahaha shat up boy, lips are smelling haha”
(the skeng tings usually laugh loudly at this proclamation )
