Lipsmire
lipsmire is a verb used to describe certain people. they all have a very good sense of humor and are quirky. once you get to know someone who is lipsmire, you won’t soon forget them. they are always energetic and friendly. lipsmire people are a rare breed. many don’t quite think on they level of humor they do and are sometimes confused at first confrentation. once someone learns to appreciate a lipsmire person though, theres no turning back. your hooked for life.
