Litchi
litchi in the soapberry family, sapindaceae. it is a tropical and subtropical fruit tree native to southern china, taiwan and southeast asia, and now cultivated in many parts of the world.
a wide ray of health benifits: litchi is oval, heart-shaped or nearly round, measures about 3–5 cm long and 3 cm in diameter and weigh about 10 g. in appearance, the fruit has close resemblances with longan and rambutan fruits.
