a party prank usually played in the south eastern part of the us, but enjoyed world-wide. the prankster vigorously m-st-rb-t-d into a snow cone, mixing his man ranch into the ice and flavoring. thus creating a load cone for his friend (or girlfriend) to enjoy without his (or her) knowledge.
