lolgorithm
in the field of computer science – or more specifically that of computer graphics – a lolgorithm is a variation of an algorithm with a generally non-intentional, comical outcome. in some cases a lolgorithm can be developed with the intent of producing amusing results, but it is generally the product of programmer error. the term can also be applied to “hacks”: code that was written to to approximate a solution to a problem instead of fixing it.
