young boys at the time, like me, said it stood for , “let’s screw, my finger’s tired.”
as in : “hey sweetie, lsmft!”
luck strike means fine tobacco.
an old advertising slogan for a brand of redneck tobacco cigarettes.

loose straps mean floppy t-ts.
an old expression used to explain the meaning of lsmft.
tommy joe: whoa there, donny bob! look at that fine young lady bouncing around!

as a kid in the late 1940’s i remember my parents using this as a meaning to decribe the problems of the day under president truman
