originally only omg (oh my g-d), this acronym has evolved into the biggest r-t-rds way of saying the same thing but with an extra two words. ‘like’ and ‘totally’ in front of ‘oh my g-d’. ltomg.- “like totally oh my g-d”. for complete and utter moronic speech.
only insecure b-tches and douche bags use this acronym and true douche bags won’t even know what an acronym is.
