a lung burp is an action in which you burp and it feels bubbly and tastes of smoke. a lung burp is a possible precursor of emphysema and a warning for smokers to decide to take a break, or quit smoking. if you feel a lung burp coming on it is good etiquette to burp into your arm because lung burps reek.
