small white seed shaped thingy that you sometimes cough up and spit out.
you do cough them up seeming like they come from your lungs
the other day i was talking with my friends when i coughed up a lung seed. my friends stared at me in confusion and disgust.
it’s actually a slang word for tonsil stone. they form in your tonsils, completely harmless but you do form them and they’re gross and they smell disgusting and yeah.
i was really annoyed because i could see the lung seed in my throat and i had been trying to cough it up all frkn day
