1. the ant-thesis of micronesia, which is a grouping of islands near hawaii, australia, and the philippines.
2. the name for a few islands that don’t really exist.
3. little vacation spots one makes up in their head to get away from whatever things people are trying to tell them about micronesia.
(when you don’t care about something someone is saying,)
you: “oh, you’re still going on about micronesia? well, did you hear about the war they had that was started by the macronesians back in 1704? it was intense!”
other guy: “oh sh-t, for real?
