when someone is overwhelmed (intoxicated) with the size or selection of a mall so much that they act like they aquire symptons of drunken person.
can also mean when someone spends so much that they regret their purchases the next morning (mall hangover)
brittany has never been to a mall so large that she became mall drunk and bought up the whole store.
