a person who frequents the mall while wearing gl-sses, with cursive lettering on neck, acting all serious like someone’s gonna take them out at any minute. these people tend to carry empty victoria secret or foot locker bags but in actuality spend their money on handcuffs, masks, and whip cream at spencer’s. many times the brim of their new hat has shiny stickers stickers on them and are angled up at about 45 degrees from the horizontal.
