to be railroaded by the justice system through sh-tty police work, corruption, evidence planting, selective amnesia by people remembering only what will get your -ss locked up, lies and cover ups that can go back generations.
regular people cannot commit this act because you need to hold a position of authority of some sort because otherwise it is just knows as being a general -sshole.
you can be manitowoc-ed though by bosses, teachers, lawyers and any other person with a false sense of superiority and anything goes if they believe it is for the common good.
i have never been so manitowoc-ed in my life, they planted weed, yelled stop resisting while beating the sh-t out of me and then hit each other and said i did it.
