Mashed Pachicken Cheese
a locally famous dish made in leeside, cork, ireland that includes a large portion of potatoes, kerrygold cheddar, and potatoes all mashed together. it is usually served with a side of brussel sprouts or another vegatable, and in rare occasions, rashers.
