m-ssapequa park is a quant village located on the south sh-r- of n-ssau county, long island ny. it is considered by many to be the crown jewel of the riviera of long island. it is part of “the m-ssapequa’s”.
also known as “the park” by those in the m-ssapequa area, it is known for its well-kept homes, various amenities and large population of mid-to-upper middle cl-ss families.
