MCAST
“maltese collage of art science and technology”–or mcast, refers to one of the top educational inst-tutions in malta. it is much better than the maltese university. mcast focuses heavily on practice while university students attending the university of malta (especially attending any engineering course) are a ‘lot-of-theory-dont-know-to-apply-sh-t’ type of students.
