when you go b-lls out on a diet for about a week with the plan to become an adonis so you can actually get laid. when it doesn’t yield results then you regress back into a sniffling pile of self loathing upon which you jam nothing but mcdonalds down your throat and whine like a b-tch on how much your life sucks!
