meeting time drift


when you arrive at the meeting room on time and there’s no one else there, so you depart for a few minutes to do something else while leaving the room empty for the next person to arrive and also quickly leave. this cycle causes meetings to start later and later.
it was fifteen minutes before people were actually gathered in the room together due to meeting time drift.
