the most cheap–ss pokemon in the video game franchise. with the highest attack stat in the game and a speed stat that is also impressive, mega rayquaza easily makes the most obnoxious sweeper and most annoying thing to encounter without question. there is a reason that thing is banned in vcg tournaments.
in all honesty, anyone who uses mega rayquaza on an actual team can easily be dubbed a chump.
