the practice of stealthily avoiding buying your round of beer at the pub.
waiting until others are so drunk that they don’t notice you never bought a round of pints during the evening.
eoin: “who’s round is it?”
pete: “i bought two rounds of 7 pints already tonight”.
eoin: “me too, steve how many rounds did you buy?”
steve: “oh ho, i bought the last round”
paul: “no you didn’t, you ordered it but i payed for it!”
