meth goblin
a derogatory term used in reference to long-term methamphetamine addicts due to their erratic behaviour and mannerisms, but mostly due to their ghoulish features caused by the physical side effects of the drug. see also: tweaker, crankhead, burnout.
there aren’t many people in walmart at this hour; just a few random people in the aisles and a bunch of meth goblins hanging around the arcade machines.
she used to be pretty funny and good looking, but a few years on the sh-t turned her into a meth goblin.
i was out getting my mail the other night and a big carload of meth goblins drove by and yelled something at me.
