the hip new type of punk music who draw inspirations from 80’s new-wave/hardcore/pop-punk. they incorporate, but are not limited to mini-breakdown’s, keyboards, witty lyrics and song t-tles.
fall out boy, panic! at the disco, the academy is… are all examples of metro-core bands.
