an area within the u.s. which is heavily populated by illegal aliens from mexico, and where little if no english is spoken. an amalgamation of the words “mexican” or “mexico,” “excrement,” and “sacramento.”
the west side of the city is becoming known as mexcremento because of the influx of undoc-mented workers.
