similar to a nigglet a migglet is a black baby. however a migglet is a black baby midget (otherwise known as a black baby suffering from dwarfism).
when the black child was born his short arms soon made it clear to his mother that he was a migglet.
baby duran was dark-skinned and had very small feet and a big head, he looked like a migglet.
