( donald trump’s description of hilary clinton’s failed foreign policy): as the exact opposite of sword over pen, where you use diplomacy, so incompetently mind you, to resolve foreign issues that you actually want to see how far worse things will get for your country before you would have no other choice than to actually bring in the military.
