Misty Woggish
jovial term initially used to describe a man or woman of african origin, having just woken up and thus possessing a ‘misty’ look, with swollen lips, eyes, cheeks, and other effects on facial areas. also acting with short temper and irritation, probably from the annoyance of being woken up from a pleasant slumber. now used to describe all creeds/races.
