mostly used as a last name. from j-panese decent. usually this last name is paired with sweet caring families that raise up great kids that will go far and treat everyone around them how they would want to be treated. a boy with a last name “miyasaki” usually is a fine gentlemen that will take his girlfriend on a lot of dates and treat her like a princess
