modj has many meanings.
some people qualify as a modjer straight away, say sh-t pants or salvo for example. some take vast amounts of training, such as buffont.
others will not ever qualify as a modjer (for example yeti).
if the leaders of modj claim something to be modj then it is.
modjers are normally cashz. even if they get their whole website deleted.
