fortunately through an enlightening conversation with street trash, “mohp” can be defined as “a lazy expression used by individuals under arrest to say ‘nope’ without saying ‘no’. this means they are not answering any questions, but rather implying without officially saying that everything the officer says is wrong through an implied ‘nope’ to answer all questions.”
