when an upcoming game that looks like it has endless potential hypes one up enough to buy said game on day one.
however, when the game actually comes out, it ends up having considerably less depth than developers made it seem.
originating from the gaming “visionary” peter molyneux and many of his games such as fable, where he commented that “you could do anything.” which turned out to be completely untrue.
red dead redemption looks amazing, but i don’t know, i don’t want to be molyscrew’d.
i bought spore only to be molyscrew’d once again.
