the altered vision after-effect of having one pupil constricted and one pupil dilated after viewing the bright screen of your smart phone in the middle of the night when you are half asleep trying not to fully awaken.
i almost walked into a door after suffering a severe case of monopupilation when i got up in the middle of the night, looked at my phone and then stumbled to the bathroom while trying not to wake up.
