it is the belief in the existence of one g-d.
monotheism is characteristic of the abrahamic religions, judaism, christianity, druzism, samaritanism, islam, the baha’i faith and zoroastrianism, but also sikhism.
have monotheism in your heart and you shall enter paradise (not sure about idol worshipers etc though)
