Monsha
a moderator on a forum, generally an anime forum, who is a complete jack-ss. usually bans people for no reason, and starts flame wars because his/her opinions were disagreed with.
this word came about on the animenation forums, which has a moderator known as bernard monsha, who constantly bans people, causes flame wars, and locks topics, for very light reasons.
“oh, dude, that guy banned you? he’s a total monsha.”
