Montage Workout
the technique of combining several varied short exercises in quick succession to give the partaker the false sense of satisfaction that they have completed a vigorous workout.
upon completing a montage workout the individual compares their being to rocky (or another inspirational character progression from a popular film) in a further mask to themselves to hide their lack of athletic worth.
this behavior is most commonly seen in fatties or newbies at a public gymnasium.
gym regular 1 – “hey i’ve been here an hour and i’ve seen 3 different fatties come in punch that bag, ride a minute on the exercise bike, do 10 sit ups and then go home!”
gym regular 2 – “oh those fatties and their montage workouts”
