Mount Union
a college in alliance, ohio known for it’s ncaa record book dominating football team. the purple raiders, led by coach larry kehres, has won a division iii record 9 national championships, all since 1993. yes, division iii (i didn’t say they were the best in the country, but they are by far the best in div iii). the raiders won 110 consecutive regular season games between 1994-2005 (11 years). they have posted 14 undefeated regular seasons, 16 oac (ohio athletic conference) t-tles and had the best ncaa record in the 90’s decade with a record of 120-7-1. the mount union purple raiders have won national championships in these years: 1993, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006
