mr. mackey is the guidance couselor in the show south park, m’kay. he always says m’kay, m’kay.
mr. mackey- drug are bad, m’kay.
one of the funniest south park characters, mostly because he’s exactly like all health education teachers ever. he goes in circles about how drugs and drinking is bad, along with s-x education, without explaining anything, because he has no idea. it’s hilarious to watch, especially if you’re in a health cl-ss currently, and can make the comparison
mr. mackey on drugs:
“drugs are bad, m’kay, so, if you do drugs, you’re bad, m’kay, because drugs are bad. they can hurt your body, m’kay, cause drugs are bad, m’kay…
mr. mackey, on s-x education:
“so then the man puts his p-n-s… he puts his p-n-s…”
-kyle- “haven’t you ever had s-x before?”
“of course i have, it’s just been a while. lets see, i’m pretty sure he puts his p-n-s… dang it, where did i put that thing???”
