a teacher with a very large and shiny bald head. when slapped 3 times a genie will appear and grant three wishes, however, once you try to speak to ask for your wish the genie will interrupt you and give you a detention for no reason. if he does not interrupt you, then the wish will not be granted anyways. you will just be set extra homework.
